Cancellation and Refund Agreement
These Meditations and workshops are priced to allow this work to be sustainable, with a Cancellation and Refund policy designed to support that too.
Online events:
Cancellations up to 5 days before the event will receive a full refund minus $25 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person if our minimum numbers are not affected.
If our minimum numbers are affected, a full refund minus $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person will apply if there is someone to fill the vacancy; or 50% refund, minus $50 admin fee, and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person if the vacancy cannot be filled.
Within 5 days of the event: no refunds. Sorry!
PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH SARAH
Transformational Coaching sessions:
Cancellations are refundable up to 24 hours before the session, minus $10 admin fee. Fee transfer to another date will also incur $10 admin fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours before the session: no refunds or fee transfer to another date. Sorry!
If you need to cancel a session due to illness, please present a doctor’s certificate to us and we will issue a full refund, minus $10 admin fee.
True North online:

Cancellations are refundable up to 7 days before the session, minus $25 admin fee. Fee transfer to another date will also incur $25 admin fee. If Gracias Madre incurs any extra travel expenses due to your cancellation or date change, that amount will also be charged to you.
Cancellations within 4 days before the session: no refunds or fee transfer to another date. Sorry!

Cancellations are refundable up to 14 days before each Meditation or workshop, minus a $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person.
Within 14 days: a full refund minus $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person will apply if there is someone to fill the vacancy or 50% refund, minus $50 admin fee, and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person if the vacancy cannot be filled.
Within 5 days of the meditation or workshop: no refunds. Sorry!
Retreatlettes:
Cancellations are 100% refundable 21 days before a retreatlette, minus a $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person.
Within 21 days: a 100% refund will apply if there is someone to fill the vacancy or 50% refund if the vacancy cannot be filled….minus a $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person.
Within 10 days of the retreatlette: no refunds. Sorry!
Retreats:
Cancellations are 100% refundable 28 days before a retreat, minus a $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person.
Within 28 days: a 100% refund will apply if there is someone to fill the vacancy or 50% refund if the vacancy cannot be filled….minus a $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee per person.
Within 14 days of the retreat: no refunds. Sorry!
Cancellation due to illness:
We understand that illness is unpredictable. If you need to cancel one of our events due to illness please present a doctor’s certificate to us and we will issue a 50% refund, minus $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee (unless we can find someone to replace you, in which case we will issue a full refund minus $50 admin fee and minus the non-refundable booking fee.)

In the event of Gracias Madre cancelling the event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given a full refund of any course fees paid (minus booking fee). Should any such circumstances arise the booking becomes null and void and Gracias Madre and the participant are released from any obligation or recourse, and none of the Gracias Madre team will be liable for any additional expenses that the participant may have already incurred.
